Lesson learnt. DONT GO to this outlet. Big disappointment. My mom purchased at suria sabah. Thought it was a boutique. Turn out, it was a lousy outlet (no offence to other outlets). Coach's staff from Imago sabah clarify, there are a lot of complain with that franchise but coach NEVER take it seriously, all the complain are just being denied) the MANAGER is very IRRESPONSIBLE or just plain incompetent (magically the manager seems to always get it way/backup by coach?). Rudy (staff from this outlet) speak on behalf of their manager who only want to siphon money out of you without much service. When u purchase coach. You will get a credit. But the goods is so poor quality & damage. You want a clarification and assistance from their staff. At least as a customer we expect an apology or offer help to fix/repair the damage goods. But no they dont do that. They blame the weathers that make their product damage. They allow to use credit point but if the goods is the same price as the credit point, i need to purchase other unnecesary goods to claim the point? He clarify i need to spend at least rm600 more to get another one of their lousy product and get second product using the claimed point? I am speechless. And dont forget what happen to my current damage handbag? Throw it out? What happen to your marketing "to wearing what you buy for longer (even a few months) decreases the impact it has on the planet?" (i copied from coach official page). On the contrary, liased with coach's staff at penang. Named Grace she is very helpful. She offer to look at the bag. She claim if they can repair the handbag it might incurs some cost. As a customer. I dont mind to pay for repairs. I just want the responsibility and aftersale service. This is not a fast fashion like how manager from coach suria sabah try to force on me and my mom.
