I won't even give it a star if the system allowed! Worst delivery experience I have ever met! It took more than 6 days for a parcel from semenanjung to reach kota kinabalu!!! It is EXTREMELY slow, poor and inefficient service! I know there is a lot of parcels, but it is not an excuse, u pos laju should improve and enhance your services, u are not pos lambat! Besides, the bad attitude staffs only ask their customers to wait, and I can't even make a complaint for their extremely slow and lousy service. I personally have waited for more than one hour with nothing to bring back and they proudly claimed that there was a person who had been waiting since that morning, just after I started to complain, doesn't it sounds ridiculous? They are abusing their customers! I don know why it took such a long time to find a parcel, but the customers should be left and wait there like an idiot! Moreover, they have 2 customer service number, but both of them are always either unreachable or no answering. Pos laju, stop abusing your customer patience, we are not deserve to wait and u do not deserve the patience! Pos laju, u should either improve your service or chg your name to pos lambat. Their job is not easy too, so I'm taking this chance to say my appreciation to them and keep on doing the great job Mr postman.As for the post office as early as its open already pack with people. Sometimes taking longer time when tracking the letters or parcel. But the officer is trying to do their job as fast as they can to. Officer is friendly and helpful too. There seating area for waiting your turn to be entertain. Place is clean too. But problem is very difficult to get parking. Only one negative thing is the office number is not working..
