I recently stayed at this homestay and would like to share my experience. One thing to note for future guests is that there is no free parking provided. Parking is charged at RM3 for the first hour and RM1 for each subsequent hour, which can add up quickly, especially for overnight stays.

The unit itself could use better maintenance. The sofa and some parts of the wall showed signs of mould, which was a bit concerning. The TV remote was not functioning properly—there appeared to be water damage—and although the reception replaced the batteries, the issue wasn’t resolved. We also had to go downstairs ourselves just to replace the batteries for the air-conditioning remote.

While the general cleanliness of the house was acceptable, it’s clear that areas under the furniture, like the bed, are often overlooked. I discovered this while trying to retrieve a dropped item.

The bathroom also needs attention. It had a persistent smell of urine, and while the tiles appeared clean at a glance, they felt slimy underfoot, which was unpleasant.

1st day, The room is not clean, kitchen appliances are sticky, there is not shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, thoothbrush at all. No slipper, and not amenity. We find stink on sofa, dust on desk and around the room, mold on toilet area, the actual room is only 5% look like the picture show. Only air-conditioning is working. The lift lobby wall is discoloured, and so I wonder the property management or the apartment management as a whole is very poor. It’s doesn’t look like it is a new building at all. We are so sad to stay here. 2nd day, The 🚽 toilet is super stinky as public toilets, baby flies like twenty of them hanging on the wall to make you scream 😱, when you want to use the hair dryer it is not working. I don’t want to, but walk down to lobby at 11pm and talk to the reception on my disappointment with the stay. I am sure those owner maybe not paying enough $ for the worker and the maintenance or else why a 2 years old property can be like that. The reception said they do made routine cleaning 🧹!!! I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. All the facilities provided were complete and convenient, making it perfect for families or couples.

The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view from the balcony, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is also great, close to eateries and local attractions.

The host and staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even more pleasant. The price was also worth the experience.
