Homebois Store — Local services in Johor

Beware! Especially if you are bringing children, people with disabilities, old people. Poor shop layout, no warning sticker to warn you of the sudden drop of the shop flooring. My husband who is a stroke patient had unfortunately lost his footing over their very steep step. What's more worst is the customer service, no service recovery, no staff attended to us to check if he was OK, no basic courtesy even after attending to a customer. They just mumbled amongst themselves jokingly blaming one another that they reminded them to paste a sticker...

Today the shop looks closed, is it permanently or temporary cause there no sign of the name...
