Disappointing Experience - A Hairy Mess
I recently stayed at Citrus Hotel in room 604, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, I was appalled by the state of the room. Hair was scattered everywhere, from the bedsheet and pillows to hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling and even the toilet bowl. This lack of cleanliness was truly unacceptable and left me feeling disgusted.
To make matters worse, within just ten minutes of turning on the air conditioning, it began making an obnoxious motor sound. I had to take matters into my own hands and physically fix it by banging the aircon against the wall to secure it, but this only provided temporary relief. The noise resurfaced throughout the night, forcing me to tolerate it for the duration of my stay.
Additionally, the room was plagued by dust. The curtains were stained and covered in layers of dust, while the lampshade and floors were also noticeably dusty. This compelled me to wear my shoes at all times within the room, which was far from ideal.
Moreover, the overall condition of the room was deplorable. The floors were cracked and scratched, the fridge was leaking, and the bathroom floor exhibited stains and mold on the fittings. The toilet ceiling was also moldy, and the tap was loose and unstable. These issues demonstrated a lack of proper maintenance and care.
Furthermore, my stay was further marred by the lack of sound insulation in the rooms. There was a party taking place in the room opposite mine, with a maximum of 10 people inside. When I went to kindly request them to lower the volume, I realized that the walls were incredibly thin. The noise from the guests in the neighboring rooms was unbearable, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.
To exacerbate the situation, the windows in my room were not properly sealed. The handles had been removed and the windows were permanently shut, but unfortunately, they were not soundproof in the slightest. Throughout the day and night, I was constantly bombarded with the noise of passing cars and blaring horns, turning what should have been a peaceful stay into a complete nightmare.
In conclusion, my experience at Citrus Hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, the air conditioning was faulty, dust was prevalent, and the overall condition of the room left much to be desired. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of their...
