Visited this place on 01.07.24 to enquire about collaborating with BWM gift shop for the sale & distribution of ethnic Sarawakian products, but it was closed even though a staff member informed my wife via email that they are open on Mondays (also asked an employee at the open house restaurant and he said that the gift shop was & should be open). Saw a small signage that mentions BWM's operating days as "Tuesdays-Saturdays". Wasted my time driving all the way from Sg Buloh. The place is nice with the colonial house & all, but zero stars to the people running this NGO. 🫤

Visited Badan Warisan run by The Heritage of Malaysia Trust which is located quite a short walk from the hotel where I was staying. I booked a tour which is needed to visit the site. The aim is to preserve the history and the local architecture of Malaysia. It is very interesting to see how different levels of society in Malaysia used to live in the past and their way of life. My tour guide was excellent and answered any questions I had and she was very knowledgeable. Anyone interested in Malaysian history and culture should come and visit here.

Great experience with Rumah Penghulu Abu Seman guided tour by Ms. Ros , as well as photo exhibition of showing heritage of Railway Malaysia. For any visitors, Rumah Penghulu guided tour is a must to visit, showing Malays culture, heritage and architecture.

We were there for the excellent Pudu Jail exhibition. Space is small but informative and we spent 1.5 hours there. The staff was passionate about the exhibition and went into details about the show (thank you!).

Unfortunately the Rumah Penghulu wasn't as well-presented. Looking forward for more shows...
