Last sunday I went and bought large size for your ice cream,I noticed that the cup design had changed and the size is smaller than before,compare with the beginning of your openning business...

Your staff should be well trained when serving the sizes of each ice cream,I bought the large size with unlimited topping last sunday,but the ice cream serves like a medium size...plus the topping which he gave is very little compare to last few times that I bought, the previous I bought was okay,a friendly malay male worker (big size) who served me ,the price and the ice cream was generously matched. However,this time I was quite dissapointed as a fan of yours,hope you can improve on it, it is another malay male worker (thin) who served the ice cream to me on that day

I got free yogiyo ice cream voucher from inside scoop. So I come there to redeem the ice cream but need to pay if I wanna add toppings. It was my first time tried the yogiyo ice cream. The taste was okay cuz it's not that sour like llao llao. The dine in place looks cool and aesthetic btw. The staff were friendly to serve me. The Chinese cashier guy with glasses was kind to me, he even brought the mineral water I forgot to take to my table. Btw he seems awkward to talk in Malay but that's fine. Also, they have website for u to register as their member and u can get free ice cream on your birthday month. The total I got is rm 9.50 like that including mineral water and toppings.
