ZARA Bangsar Village II — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

I've recently shared about the Midvalley and 1 Utama branches, but I would say that based on my experience at this branch yesterday, the Zara Bangsar Village II branch is by far the best of the best (out of all the other branches I've gone to, that is).

I went there to find a specific item and asked the staff at the fitting rooms if they have the item in my size. She was so kind to search it up for me, and when there wasn't any other sizes, she took the initiative to ask me if I would like for her to search for the item in other branches. All the other fitting room staff in other Zara branches always tell me that they don't know and to ask other staff outside.

Secondly, the staff at the counter was very nice to answer all my questions kindly. I enquired for clothes altering services and whether sales items can be returned or exchanged, and he explained everything to me with patience, unlike the staff at the Midvalley branch, who all looked annoyed when I approached them.

All in all, the staff here are very accomodating when I went there last night, and the store was kept quite clean, brightly lit, and with ample walking space.

The staff have no manners, Aloof and does not know how to communicate to staff professionally, they are showing the attitude 'if you like, buy. If not, get out' The staff are just minggling amongst themselves without a care of of consumer needs. They are not helpful and they made me wait for nearly 30 minutes without any help or assistance. They are not proactive and does not behave professionally. This is the same story with the Mid Valley outlet. Some woman bearing the name tag Aidah, does not know how to solve my complaint proactively. On 29/08/2024 I went to you bangsar Village 2 outlet and since they did not have the size of the items that I wanted, I asked her to reseverve the items at midvalley and pavillion outlet the staff's name is kirthy. Today, I am at mid valley and the staff here mentioned that there are no items reserved by Kirthi from Zara Bangsar Vil2. I want Zara to cover the time and money spent because of their lack of response...

Took a moment to step in to pick a birthday present. I was greeted by Mr Maha. Without out a doubt one of the most kindest , and warm welcoming staff I had the pleasure of meeting. I also appreciated the pro tips that allowed me to explore various perfume options for both men and women. This high level of decorum that Mr Maha exhibits is truly something of the high standards that Zara has to offer. Thank you very much to him and the team. Will definitely be coming...
