Pacifica in Mexico City is an absolute gem for seafood lovers! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with impeccable service. Armando and Liliana ensured that we were well taken care of, checking in frequently to make sure everything was to our liking. Their attentiveness and willingness to make any necessary modifications truly elevated the experience.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. I had the octopus, aguachiles, and calamari, and each dish was perfectly prepared with incredible flavors. The freshness and quality of the seafood were evident in every bite. On top of that, Capitan Gilberto, the manager, was incredibly attentive and gave us great recommendations, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.
To top it all off, the drinks were just as impressive. My partner wanted a Mezcal de Directivo, which wasn’t available, but the team went above and beyond to craft a special concoction. I enjoyed a perfectly made Carajillo 43, which was the ideal way to end such a fantastic meal.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The combination of incredible food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes Pacifica a must-visit. I will definitely be...
Read moreThis place has great potential, the good is its a very beautiful place, with a lovely beachy atmosphere and a great sand pit and play area for kids. The white wine was very chilled and served in chilled wine glasses, which was awesome. The bad, the food and the service, the staff is ill trained, awkward and even the manager does not know how to handle people. We had to send our salad back as it was drowning in italian dressing and unedible (soup salad) (even though it said honey mustard on menu) he took it away without a word, charged us for it and never offered us another one. The shrimp tacos, really bad, cheap quality, greasy, awful tortillas, horrid cream on top, nothing fresh or delicious about it at all. Shrimp Cocktail equally horrible, floating in sugary red soup. Kids food was really disgusting and low grade, and not cheap, i paid about 250 per kid for a juice, 3 awful nuggets and fries and a spoon of rice. Loved the atmosphere and kids area, maybe go...

I used to live in Mexico City, and we would go to Polanco every week to experience the vibe, and all of their great restaurants. This is one of them.
Since then, we go back every year for my birthday and to visit family and we always stop into this place because they have fantastic food.🔥.
I love sitting out on the patio and open air dining. The weight staff here is incredible and will explain the menu. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly…With lots of TLC.
We’ve tried many things on the menu, but one of my favorites is the grilled octopus. Wow, simply divine and delectable.
We enjoy their craft cocktails, and seasonal desserts. Everything here is top-notch.
Thank you all for Offering a sensational dining experience every time we come.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon soon and trying a few new things on your menu. Viva Mexico, and Namaste!...
