Beautiful space but the employees follow you around to the point the shopping experience is not enjoyable at all. I would not shop here again if I could help it. The area caters to a certain demographic and it doesn't matter if I dropped $100 on restocking my essentials, the employees followed me around the store like thief. Also lack of empathy from staff and management. I worked at Lush for a year in the states and there is a major emphasis being empathetic as an employee. If I say I don't need help, there is no need to follow me closely as I check out products. I also made an error of picking up the wrong facial toner and tried to bring it back for exchange less than 24 hours later and no compassion that I made a mistake whatsoever, just a flat out no to the exahage for a product that wasn't even out on the floor the day prior. I did do my research and realized MX has a different exchange policy but I had to find that on my own, no help from the employees. I think its a teachable moment for Lush HQ to inform their employees that some customers may be used to different exchange customs in their home country and just an extra bit of explanation would make that experience so...

The nicest smelling shop in the neighborhood and probably in the city. If you are looking for organic, vegan, and eco-friendly products this is the place for you. I come here because I want to reduce my use of plastic. Most of their products do not a plastic container, and the plastic they use is recycled. In addition, if you take 5 Lush plastic bottles they give you a gift. I love their bar conditioners. They smell great, they work, and they are plastic free. The last time I went, one of the guys recommended me the Daddy-o conditioner and shampoo (they are made out of violet and lime). I’m loving them because they leave my hair soft, shiny, and smelling great. I also bought the toothy tabs to wash my teeth and I also love them. The only product I haven’t liked is their deodorant. It didn’t work for me, and I didn’t really like the smell. Other than that, I recommend coming to Lush. The only negative side is the price! Maybe theft is a problem here but I was very offended that me and my two friends were obviously being followed around. We put our items in a basket and eventually an employee held our basket for us. We all made our way upstairs and same employee follows us, even though there is an employee up there. This was before she took our basket btw. I was not shopping for anything so I decided to sit.
