Hell Pizza Epsom — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

Do not recommend as it is not reliable especially before close time and the indian manager tonight 11:30pm did not speak proper English, as my order was not delivered.

Consider going elsewhere if you want reliable delivery service!!!

Within the last couple of months, this is the 2nd issue with delivery person via an app!! In my instructions, I stated do not knock or ring the bell and 'LEAVE AT THE FRONT DOOR!!' The delivery indian guy private messaged me via the app, said he was standing at the front door. I told him to leave at the door and said thank you. Due to safety reasons being late at night, I opted for the 'Leave at the Door' option. After him leaving, I saw no order on my doorstep and I contacted the delivery driver straight away but he did not answer the phone call.

I was left to order from elsewhere and frustrated with this service (especially the delivery guy).

Update 10th Oct 2022: I was fully refunded my money via the app i used to order my food. BUT I will not consider ordering via deliver option with this store again! I also heard back from the Hells Pizza office today...

Ordered via Google eats, eta was originally 610pm. After 2 calls and the delivery time being pushed out on Uber eats it’s now 730pm and i have just been told they are only just starting to make the pizza now and then delivery would take 15 minutes after that meaning minimum another 30 minutes away - even though the app is now saying eta is 745pm. This is the worst service I have ever had from a fast food company and Uber eats. No offers to give us refunds or anything to apologise for this terrible service and putting us out. Waste of an $80+ order - Feeling...

Such a bad experience! My daughter got a free Hell pizza coupon from the library for completing reading 7 books. She was so excited to get her pizza and went straight to the Epsom Hell Pizza store. Although there were no conditions on the coupon, the store guy rejected the coupon saying the coupon is not valid on Friday and I need to come another day if I need to get it. When I told him I can’t see that condition on the coupon, he told me he just made that condition as he is busy. What a wonderful customer service!...
