I recently purchased the blackbird hammock XLC along with the insulated pad for my back country hunting trips. Not only was I super impressed with the products high quality, light weight and clever design but also the support received from Michael to ensure this was the right product for my needs and that I understood how to get the best out of it was amazing . Rather then dealing with a large retailer who is just after a sale , Michael was a real straight shooter with any questions I had and would always get back to me within the day. After using my hammock for the first time this weekend it has comfirmed I made the right decision with my purchase and (don't tell my partner) but after trialling one in store and nearly falling asleep on it , I will also be looking to purchase a hammock chair for around home for her birthday coming in December as I love the way hammock world does business . Hi Michael, Having purchased one of your original Stainless Hammock Stands, which is still in the same condition as when we bought it, absolutely amazing. I only had to contact you after approx 16 years to replace the Hammock Chair , which is expected after that period of time...only because it had faded slightly, yet it was still strong, just wanted to freshen it up. Your response was impeccable nothing was a burden to you, in fact delightful. It was delivered in 5 days, much appreciated.

My husband is a perfectionist, plus a BIG moaner at the same time: very really would he give a positive comment about anything, always looks for the negative. But here is saying it was the best built Hammock he,s ever seen. He says its that top grade stainless that your product is made of is the biggest seller, its durability is unbelievable, will last lifetime!!

I am extremely grateful Michael was able to repair my hammock swing that had threads pulled from strong winds after it was caught on branches (I'd only had my hammock chair for a week - big lesson learnt) thankfully he was able to repair what I thought was irreparable and find my hammock's sweet-spot of zero gravity - once again I can zone out in blissful peace and float away.
