We are trying to renew a passport because it expires really soon. Normally it would be quick and efficient but for some reason, everything has to be done online even though Covid mandates are gone. I was planning to go on a plane soon, but I had to cancel the flight because the embassy said the passport wouldn’t have been finished before my flight. Now, the flight had already been changed, and the passport was done before my original flight time. We had to spend hundreds just to change a flight and I have to go to my home country for one month less, all for nothing.
