The Coffee Club Great South Road (Greenlane) — Restaurant in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

I specifically chose this place for a 3pm business meeting today as it was not only handy for both myself and a new colleague but it doesn't close until 4:30 allowing us time to get through a meandering agenda. Just after 4pm, we were approached at our table and told "Sorry we're closed." I looked at my watch and said "Aren't you open til 4:30?" I was told "Well it's really slow." Made us feel real special. We might have had another round of coffee & juice ... but were not given that option. I have had meetings here before and never been overly impressed with average service and average food but the location is just so handy! My colleague and I only just got out the door and were finishing our meeting a short distance away and the door was practically closed in our face. No "Sorry about that", no "See you next time" And it's still only 4:22! It was a first visit for my colleague who does a heap of business in the area ... he won't be back. And I guess I'll have to find somewhere else for my meetings as well. Epic Fail...

Everytime I go to The Coffee Club Great South Road (Greenlane) with my parents & friends, there is so much options to choose from,and We love their Coffee Specially. Customer service is top notch and the staff are friendly always smiling great atmosphere in and around the place and also to mention the Coffees & Cold drinks( Frappe, smoothies)are great quality and the service was so quick when it comes to Coffee or any kind of drinks. Last but not least thank you to the Store manager( may be his name is Kish) that hold the fought you guys work very hard every single day to provide great service and great food to us customers and staff working as a great team well done The Coffee Club Great South Road keep up the great work, tables were cleared & cleaned very promptly and I recommend this place to everyone has alot of options like Wraps, Big Breakfast , Rosti, Tacos, Sandwiches any the list...

Me and my fiance always come here quite often because of how delicious and amusing their food is! Their service is quick, straight to the point and top notch, I must say that one of their staff by the name of Zahraa has been an amazing team member and has shown her speedy and outstanding mind service, she is really what this establishment is all about! As for the establishment itself, it is clean and tidy and has many decent friendly customers who do interact with each other without causing any scene or problems. Overall, thanks for the decent food, service and to Zahraa for making it even better! I do apologize for not adding the remainder of the food we had but...
