KFC Tauranga Crossing — Restaurant in North Island

When to this kfc yesterday on my lunch break waited 10 minutes in line while another girl was messing around, once came to her serving me she seemed really disinterested in her customers, i then finished placing my order and took another 10 minutes waiting even tho I understood they were busy but the one thing I don’t understand is how the girl went off leaving 1 person to serve customers and doing orders wasn’t really professional of her and when he asked for help she was no where to be seen I could see he was very stressed and under pressure which I totally understand but he was amazing even tho he was stressed doing everything , I’d recommend the management of the tauranga crossing branch to have more than 2 staff working so your not losing customers in these situations and not leaving 1 person to do everything but I’m giving the extra star for...

Had a very bad experience We order for some wings but got some numbers short from ordered which can happen and has happened many times but unlike any Kfc’s they were not ready to give us the wings that we asked for and for which had already paid. Just a frustrating and inconsistent store. I’ve been buying from this store for 4 years. Sometimes they have the absolute best chicken and service, other times the chicken is incredibly oily and dry. They never plan correctly so there’s always a ridiculous wait for food around dinner time. Best bet is usually lunch time during the week, but I think they’re trying to run this store way too lean and they can easily make it a great store, but that would need a bit of an adjustment at their approach.
