Unprofessional and Rude Behavior – Forced Purchase

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I tried on a pair of earrings, and an employee immediately told me that I must buy them because I had worn them, claiming they would have to throw them away otherwise. I found this surprising because they never informed me of such a policy beforehand.

I decided to purchase other jewelry instead, but when I went to pay, then again she rudely insisted that I must buy the earrings I had tried. She was extremely forceful and unprofessional, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. In the end, I had no choice but to buy them, even though I didn’t want to.

This is not how a professional store should treat its customers. If they have a strict policy about trying on jewelry, they should inform customers beforehand, not force them into buying something afterward. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend...

Wanted to get my daughter's ear pierced. Rung up on Sunday and told the piercer would be there Monday, I asked what time their there between and was advised until 6pm. I told the girl we will be there at 5 and she said "great". We arrived at 5 on Monday to be told by the piercer she doesnt take anyone after 5pm because she needs to start closing proceedures. She told us to come in again the next day and I said we would come at 3.30pm straight after school and asked her for assurance of a piercer. She said there would be someone until 4.45pm. Absolute lack of quality, their hypoallergenic labels are completely inaccurate.
