This small gallery is opposite the Wellington Museum, and close to the Portrait Gallery further along the wharf and is another small but beautiful art space. It is free to enter and many of the works displayed are available for purchase. When I went there were two walls with guest artists and the other portraits displayed seemed to be part of a competition. The work was varied and some quite exquisite. There is a small gift shop where postcards, jewellery and other items are for sale. Well worth visiting this gallery.

Really love this place.. support artists based on their talents.. always have interesting collections, got to meet some of the artist yourself if you're lucky.. met Diana Conway, a sculpturer, very nice and friendly lady..

What a lovely gallery experience we had. Upon entry, the gentleman quickly came over to us, offered us another entry way in if we'd like. As one of us was using a mobility walker. We assured him the person could walk up the few steps, as there was a hand rail to hold onto. Beautiful gallery with plenty of different types of creative arts to view/buy. We especially enjoyed the Print artist Kirsty White, her detailed etchings of plant, and landscape were so 'real' and soothing to look at. Very...

Very cool destination to be on a windy and wet Wellington afternoon. The rooms are light, bright and airy. The works are well presented and worthy of a slow browse. An eclectic mix of styles, media and presentations wiled away an hour of our time. Everything on the walls is available for purchase, from bargains through to the fanciful. A lovely gift shop at the entrance has a varied selection of quality wares to buy. Entry free with a...
