SkinDeep Cosmetic Laser Clinic — Local services in North Island

Bit perplexed by my experience here. Started out really good but turned pretty bad. Was preparing for our wedding and booked in a series of appointments that could be adjusted closer to the time as they were booked in by the business very far in advance. Cyclone hit the area we were getting married in so ended up having to travel 10 hours (normally 7 hrs) to get to our destination among many other things that were impacted and our entire wedding needed adjusting so was pretty stressful. Also found out we were pregnant but appeared to be miscarrying the week of our wedding (didn't know we were pregnant), total chaos. Received a txt to remind us of the appointment. Got in touch with Skindeep to let them know we were 10 hours away and had a heap of things going on so needed to adjust our booking, informed unable honour voucher appointment due to policy (outside of 24 hours but only by a couple of hours). Look, I get it, we have policies too, most places do. But they were really quite heartless to deal with. Ended up giving birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl 8 months later so probably a good thing. My only advice to a potential client is they are all business and very little on the personal touches. I have been treated and have spent a significant amount of money at the big and famous skin clinics to treat the pigmentation/ sun spots on my face but none delivered any result. All was a waste of money, my sun spots only went darker.

I have had a complex about the hairs on my chin for years, to the point I couldn't even fathom a relationship (having to wake up every morning to shave). I m on my 4th or 5th laser treatment on my chin now, I only need to shave twice a week(rather than every morning) and even then its finer and less. I'm so grateful! I feel a new lease on life coming on:) Thank you SKIN DEEP! This treatment is covering me all year and only cost me a couple hundred dollars, so worth it. Wish I had started years ago xox. And them I get threatened with fees when i paid over $1200 cash!!!!!! because I didn't wanna go thru anymore injunctions that weren't working... then i go to SKIN LAZER in petone, and they sort me out for half the price!!!! and you CACI, keep emailing me to pay you... get out of town!!!!!
