Okay so first of all I visited this place today with all my friends who have also posted their honest reviews for the place . We gave our honest review about the place and same for the food they gave us . The food was terrible and was so full of food colours . Ofc the dishes were coming ONE AT A TIME and as we were a group of six people the dishes contained a certain amount which is if even taken one piece by each would end up making the served quantity finished. My partner @Prabhjot Virdi who also gave his honest review about the horrible food we had to eat , was now blamed disrespectfully for finishing the food and then not wanting to pay the bill? We would have never visited the place if we didn’t have the intention to NOT PAY THE STUPID BILL. And secondly, taking your review and then disrespecting the customer if thats what you guys are doing i would strongly recommend no one to ever visit this place again as its like a place where you can get no chance to give an opinion or suggest something about stuff that can sicken someone. We ourselves have our small business and understand the problem of crises but trying to gain sympathy by BLAMING OTHERS , thats one thing business owners don’t do. The time we complained about the food we were still honest about the good things that we experienced which were good ambience and good staff but whats not good cannot be called good!!!! WHICH WAS YOUR FOOD WHO PUTS SOO MUCH COLOUR IN NOODLES?
ALSO THE OWNER LADY MENTIONING THAT THE WHOLE BILL WAS REFUNDED -THE TIME WE GOT THE COMPLAINT ABOUT FOOD INTO HER NOTICE HERSELF OFFERED US “NOT TO PAY THE BILL”. She could see herself how terribly the food was loaded with colours . Also we were asked to write on the paper that we were not charged for the food we didn’t like and to be nice enough we did write on the bill that we WERE NOT CHARGED FOR THE FOOD WE DID’NT LIKE . THE SHISHA WAS GOOD AND WE PAID FULL AMOUNT FOR THAT . SO YOU CANNOT SAY THAT WE DID NOT PAY THE BILL . WE JUST DIDNT PAY FOR THR HORRIBLE ONES THAT WERE SERVED TO US !! THAT TOO BECAUSE THE OWNER LADY HERSELF ASKED US NOT TO PAY FOR IT !! The manager told us that we have to pay for the food we already ate and we were MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY FOR IT TOO!! IT WAS THE OWNER LADY WHO ASKED US NOT TO PAY FOR IT ALL.

Read moreWorst experience ever. We booked the table online for 7:30pm and when we arrived at location there was no parking available so we had to wait 10-12min to get the parking. Went upstairs they guided us to our table and took 3-4mins to bring Menu. Then one of the staff member came within 30sec to take the order whom we had to politely ask to wait couple more minutes. Anyway placed the order for 4dishes and 2 cocktails by around 7:50pm. And after 30min of long wait we received 3 dishes by 8:20pm yet no drinks. We started eating assuming the drinks would be on the way but we were absolutely wrong. We finished 3 dishes waiting for the 4th one and our drinks. Informed one female staff that we are waiting on our drinks and remaining last dish. We waited another 10mins at the table. Then I went to the bar counter to check on drinks but that guy was like na your drinks are still after a couple of orders and do you still want it. Like they were not even interested is serving you let alone an apology for the delay. I calmly told him to cancel on the drinks and went to the table to wait for the last dish. And after another 10mins waiting on the table we decided to leave. Asked for bill and there it was all the food we ordered and drinks we requested included in the bill. I told them there is half the stuff I didn’t received to which they just removed them from the order without any apology. While sitting on the table waiting for our order one of the waitress came to us asking if we ordered the fries which we didn’t and she went clueless to other tables. Doesn't look like the owner is open to feedbacks and or improvements of Customer service. :( We went for weekend breakfast The waitress was really cool and welcoming. But we were really mortified how the Duty manager behaved. They didnt tell us in any moment about the delay in food serving. We ordered the breakfast and waited half an hour. After half an hour the Duty manager advised us our food is getting ready now and will arrive in 10 mins he also mentioned "You guys can leave if you do not want to wait" I literally felt so much embarrased.
My review is not to help these people to improve themselves as I can clearly see they are not open to positive critisism. My review is for the locals who should know what can happen to them. There is no way they will let you talk. The duty manager loves to talk on your face.and he can shut u up any moment he wants.
I use to go there a Lot and I loved the other lady at the front who use to be there before. I am sorry but the Duty manager should be slighlty polite and careful. Unfortunately you never know until it's "You"

Very good location Welcoming lightings The Coffee is good Good place to hangout (sometimes you might feel chest pain when u talk to the Duty Manager) Food quality is average.
