I got the deep tissue massage for one hour. This was a very intense massage; the very first thing after some light foot massage was leg and back crawls using knees which was quite a lot to start out with. Once I was relaxed, it felt good though.
The ambience had a number of rough spots -- the music was the same song on loop for an hour, and during my massage people came into and out of the room a couple times. The therapist also opened the door a bit as she was working, I assume because of the warmth in the room, but it was still a bit odd to be as exposed as one is during a massage with a door to a hallway cracked.
The most frustrating part was fifteen minutes in, right as I was sinking into relaxed bliss, they had to change the room I was in so I had to get up and get re-situated in another room; entering the bright hallway and getting robed/disrobed again completely killed my vibe and took me another 15 minutes to get settled into that zone again, at which point the massage was half over.
The body work was 4/5 stars, but the experience overall was rough,...

I got the couples hour massage and my therapist listened to all of my needs. I was given the Thai remedial and by the end my headache that had been dialing up on the pain scale over the last couple of hours was practically non existent. I loved all of the stretching, the scalp massage, the neck, the shoulders and the back. I felt relaxed from head to toe and even the aromatherapy was exactly what was needed. Sophia was my therapist and she was AHHMAZING!! At the end we were given a spicy ginger tea, which was warming and comforting, as well as a Rose chocolate. I couldn’t have asked for a better session. So grateful we found Aroma Massage. Anyone visiting from the states should definitely try out this gem. Thank you again from Carolyn PS THEY ALSO USE...
Read moreI had the worst massage experience ever. I initially requested a 30-minute massage, but I was told that only one area could be treated. I asked for a full back massage instead, but I ended up receiving treatment only on my shoulders. The therapist used the same technique throughout the session, and her elbows constantly pressed painfully against my spine and shoulder blades. I mentioned this twice, but it seemed like my English wasn’t understood, as she only reduced the pressure slightly.
With five minutes left, I reached my limit and asked to change therapists. Instead of accommodating me, she argued, saying, “But you said this was fine.” Eventually, I was given a different therapist, but she also just pressed the sharpest part of her elbow into my back relentlessly.
The rude attitude and poor service made me extremely frustrated, and I will...
