Farmers Queen Street — Local services in Waitematā

I went to farmers queen st today during my lunch time (abt 12.30pm). I bought 3 tops and 1 skirt from clearance. After the payment, I noticed 1 of the white top had a brown mark (looked like a foundation mark). I mentioned that to staff (Pramodinee). She straight away said, it's on special price and we don't do refunds. It wud hv been better if she wud hv said oh do u want to get a refund or shud I ask my manager if she can give further discount. The way she said we don't do refunds was pretty much as if she is saying oh sorry u bought it, it's ur problem now. Very disappointed and angry with her tone, attitude and customer service. I wanted to keep that top but because of her attitude and to make a point I returned it on the spot. There were no questions asked by manager for the return. Not sure which store policy Pramodinee was talking abt. Also, the Oliver black skirt is $25 in every other store in Auckland but queen st has it for $30. I did mention it to Pramodinee but she was least bothered and didn't want to look into it. So, I paid $30 for that.

Pramodinee u r not doing a favour to me by working at farmers, u r working there to pay ur own bills. So, do it...

I usually go to this Farmers as it is one of the few Farmers that sells a particular skincare line that I frequently use. The ladies (and gentlemen) who work at this Farmers are generally very nice. Though one sales representative named Iris has been pushy on multiple occasions when I am shopping. I've noticed that she does not directly look at me but instead will eye me up and down, looking at my purse and/or clothing - which is a bit odd to say the least. Also when she is working the cashier, my items are dropped carelessly into the Farmers paper bag, making clunking sounds as they hit the table. I cringe at the times she has done this knowing that I've purchased products that come in glass bottles. Don't buy cosmetics in this farmers! After been treated like a stupid dumb person when I tried to buy Clarins in this store, I just started buying online..at least no one will want to argue with you, making you so angry just straight walked out of the store! One of the old blond lady is very nasty! When I shop I would love to be treated nice by the staff and showed me some respect! Because I wanted to spend money in here!..but you people treated me so bad every time when I walked in this store! So from now on I am giving up to shop cosmetics in farmers store! Just buying my Clarins or other cosmetics online! So keep your Horrible, Nasty attitude to yourself! Bye bye...
