Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Customer Service
I had a terrible experience the retail manager Penny. After receiving a faulty item, I went through the hassle of requesting a replacement, only to receive a replacement top that still needed reinforcement along the neckline. She claimed this extra work was a "quality assurance measure" a clear sign the item was not up to standard from the start.
When I raised concerns under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Penny dismissed them and insisted the item was fine, completely ignoring the core issue. Her response was patronising and made it obvious the company were more interested in ticking boxes than actually resolving the problem.
Instead of taking accountability, she simply said that she would send the item back and told me to contact Consumer Protection if I wasn’t happy. That’s not how you treat customers.

The lady tell me that she can't give me an other one, refund me. I need to wait for the trousers to be send to the HQ. It is been 2 weeks, noone called me, I have no news from the trousers and there is no way to contact the HQ. 2 weeks without news for what is suppose to be a high quality service and product.
