I stopped by once just to grab a coffee, and unfortunately, the staff seemed quite unhappy and a bit impatient. The coffee itself was okay, but with that kind of attitude, I don’t think I’d come back again. ———————————————————————— Dear Tim, Thank you for your response. If customer experience truly matters to you, I would expect a business to take repeated feedback on poor service seriously and review internal practices instead of immediately rushing to defend the team. To be honest, I do not believe you actually remember who I am. If you do, may I ask—could you describe what I was wearing that day? Or tell me the exact date and time of my visit? If not, then your claim to “know about the interaction” becomes hard to trust. While it's good that you take pride in your team, real confidence should come from facing issues head-on and striving for improvement—not from ignoring customer dissatisfaction and assuming you're always right. Like a little Parisienne cafe hidden away from the main roads, this place has the same vibe. Small and unassuming, sitting on a street corner in the middle of Newmarket, cafe is a hidden gem. Would is simple, but soo delicious! Cheese and truffle toasties is simple but heavenly, and the savoury muffin... I don't think I was this excited about a muffin since forever. Hint: addition of rosemary lifted this from very good to a star dish. Again, unassuming but flavour that would please the most demanding palate. Coffee was really good! Over the past couple of years, most baristas lost the ability to make a decent cappuccino, in essence turning it into a flat white with chocolate on top. But not here! I had a very nice capicno coffee and a reaaly taistey breakfast wrap , At Aleezano on Kent Street in New Market Auckland , that was really well made with the very best ingredients , on last Wed Afternoon the 31st of October .All in all for the wrap and coffee it was $15 .50 .
