Had the BEST piercing experience ever here! I went here with my mother to get myself a daith piercing which had a trainee special. It went smooth as, the trainee who pierced me was informative and made me feel so comfortable. She was learning and confident doing so and that gave me confidence in her. She's already got the skills to be an awesome piercer.

However, getting my own piercing was not the best part, the best part of the whole experience was how they treated my mother there. My mum was undecided on whether wanted to get her nose pierced or not. The ladies there were super caring and supportive of her situation. They gave her heaps of their time and effort to accommodate for her feelings and answer her questions. All while being kind and patient.

Eventually, my mother happily got her nose pierced. The piercer even reopened my mother's belly button piercing after 25 years of being closed! She did this using a blunt specialised needle and all we had to do was pay for the jewellery ($10). It was so unbelievably fast and pain free and my mother was thrilled they were able to do it. How amazing! Best group of ladies. Please keep up the good work...

I came here a while ago to get my septum pierced as a birthday present, The only option when I went there was to have an apprentice do it which I was a bit hesitant about however I went through with it anyway. The apprentice was the only one in the room with no supervision from any of the more experienced piercers which was a bit of a red flag to me but I just ignored it. The apprentice spent quite a while trying to find the right spot to pierce it and then pierced me, as soon as they had put the jewelry in I looked in the mirror and noticed it was extremely crooked. I got them to take the jewelry out and I didn't have to pay for the service which was good. I found out later from another piercer from a different shop that I had a slight deviated septum however that shouldn't have stopped me from getting the piercing. Overall I think that the more experienced piercers at this shop need to be supervising their apprentices as I'm sure that they are very good at what they do, however I would not go here and get pierced by an apprentice if you want someone who knows what...

I got my ears pierced today at Keen on Piercing and had a fantastic experience! I was a bit unsure about the placement and whether it would suit me, so I walked in without an appointment. After filling out the consent form, I was lucky enough to be helped by Preeth. She was absolutely wonderful! I had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer each one thoroughly. She gave me all the information I needed, including details about the procedure and even a pain grade, and never rushed me. I really appreciate that she allowed me the time I needed to make my decision and feel completely comfortable. Preeth's explanations were clear and informative, making the whole process much less stressful. What impressed me most about Keen on Piercing was their relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They didn't make me feel hurried at all, which contributed to my ultimate satisfaction with the whole experience.
