Worst experience with Pandora! I am a big pandora fan and have been collecting for years. I asked my partner to go collect the items the sales assistant was asked to set aside for me over the phone by giving them item numbers and my partner showed them the pictures to make sure they were right before making the payment but still found out that one of the beads was not what I was after. Went back straight away asked for an exchange but was told by the manager on duty, Tyla, that they couldn’t refund the difference, could only credit it onto a gift card. They also forgot to put the purchase on my Pandora account and they said they couldn’t do anything to fix that problem either, no apologies for the troubles they caused. I was astounded by Tyla’s customer service! I decided to talk to head office and they told me they will sort it out for me. So after we mentioned the conversation with the head office, Tyla changed her story by saying my partner never asked for a refund, and blamed us for not giving them the right item number. She would be happy to refund us now, but it turned out to be a 40 minute wait before she could actually issue the refund. She kept saying that she had to wait for a call from her boss. The refund was issued, but they still claimed that the receipts could not be corrected to show the change after the purchase. The head office had said the opposite. Still waiting to see how the receipt issue will be resolved. In the meantime, I have no intention to provide Pandora with my business...
Read moreReally happy with the service at Pandora Queen Street. I visited the store yesterday to buy a birthday present. I asked to see two specific charms, and when I saw all the others I ended up going for a different one all together. The salesperson was really friendly and helpful, and even though the store was quite busy, it felt like I was the only customer - I didn’t feel rushed and the salesperson didn’t get annoyed by my indecisiveness.
While I was there I queried about getting my 1 month old sliding bracelet fixed, as I noticed the previous day that one of the stones were missing (which was weird because it’s not often that I hear about faulty / broken Pandora products). Reggie was super helpful, and to my surprise he let me exchange it for a new one as they had one in a similar size in stock! It was so easy and such an awesome experience.
10/10 would recommend. And of course the jewellery is so beautiful, detailed, sparkly, and great quality. Definitely worth the price, especially when you receive amazing customer...
Read moreI am a Pandora regular with most of my big jewelry collection being by this brand. The arrogance and condescending attitude I received during my few visits in this shop is unreal. The lady wearing interesting hairstyles and eyelash extensions is extremely arrogant and unfriendly. She keeps switching to their language ( 3 sales assistants being Philippino I believe) and talking about the customers while serving. That gives a weird feeling of not being welcomed at all- especially as after she speaks sth in their language the other two keep dropping glances at the customer they are discussing. Or frowning when you return to the shop to pick up the item (“oh that’s her again..”) - which made me seriously question whether I should ever go there. Seriously, it is just funny seeing these unprofessional people entertaining themselves by gossip and showing customers...
