Viaduct Car Park — Local services in Waitematā

Way overpriced. I was there for 3 hours and 5 minutes and was charged $42 plus a 60 cents transaction charge, when there are no other options to pay on the day!

The board outside states "parking from $6" but this is per half hour or part thereof, which it does not state clearly. An effective but deceptive marketing technique. Would be much clearer to tell customers it is $12 per hour and then you know what you are getting before entering. For 5 minutes of additional parking I was charged $6 - sheesh!

Public parking is on the top floors only, first 5 floors are reserved.

Shame, it is a handy car park to the viaduct but i will never park here again...

No early-bird rates, so this is not a good place to park for the whole day. It's a bit out of the way for the best parts of town, handy for the viaduct though. The pedestrian bridge across the busy section of Sturdee Street is great. Most of the parking that is not leased and reserved is on the upper floors, and the turns are fairly tight. Overall it's way too expensive and I'd prefer to use someone else's carparking building. Or park on the street...

Big bumps at all of the bottom of up ramps and almost impossible to get up with a back wheels van especially when it's wet.... Bloody stupid design... And really unlimited public Carparks(unreserved) If I would have a smaller car definitely would use another one..
