I already contacted support on 20 Oct. and I didn't receive response on it. On 19th October, I visited the facility during staffed hours (6pm) with the intention to activate our memberships. Unfortunately, there was nobody present at the reception. A note was left indicating that the staff was away for the day. This unexpected situation prevented us from activating our memberships and resulted in an unnecessary parking fee of $18.
Hoping for a better experience, I visited the Auckland CBD branch again on 20th October, at 9:20am (also within staffed hours). Once again, there was no one available at the reception. I tried reaching out by calling twice on 021535827 but received no response.
Due to these experiences, I was unable to activate our memberships and incurred another $18 parking fee. My situation was a Retarded Boy friend used his Girl friends ID Tag to get inside the Gym and workout for FREE during afterhours . He is very Rude and Indecent and verbally assaults the paying Members of the Gym at will. I had complained to the management but they did not bother to take any action.
Not sure why Jetts allows people who are not members to workout for free in the Gym . I had to call the Police twice and complained regarding this. It is very unsafe to work in Jetts Wyndham street after 10 P.M since anybody can get in with their partner's tag and there is Literally no safety .
