A place to Forget! My first bad review ever! Firstly on checking we didn't get our room key. Even after 3 hours. Nobody was on reception. In the end I went behind reception myself, found the key box and took the key myself! During our whole stay I only saw a receptionist once. But the main issue here was no sleep! Outside was actually very quiet, but inside was Hell. Every day, all day, 3 little dogs were left alone in the hallway. Going to sleep at 10/11pm they were barking, and we were woken up regularly. I remember being woken up by crazy loud barking 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 am. I complained one night, and they moved the dogs. But the next evenings the same continued. If you run a hotel, have respect for your guests! We paid a lot of money for no sleep and no service. We were not happy with our stay, and we definitely advise others to stay away!

Room was a bit small but had everything we needed. They managed to get three beds in our room so each of us had our own for sleeping which was nice. Very central and basically two steps from the beach. It is in an area you have to walk to as Tuktuks cans go that far because vehicles are prohibited. It's not a far walk but wouldn’t recommend large luggage’s. Staff is super nice, even helped us get rid of a spider we were too chicken to deal with ourselves. Breakfast was great to have each morning and I believe they cook a fresh plate for each person that comes. A bit of a walk up the steps to get to the top floor for it, but the view out the windows is fantastic.

It's an "ok" place to sleep .. the staff are very nice, breakfast is very basic. The showe water supply is a bit fishy, hot water steam burns the eyes, nose and throat so be careful not to spend too much time under the hot water. There is no drinking water in the room so make sure u bring ur own. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars near by, grocery stores, pharmacy and tour shops. Wifi, dont expect a high speed internet and no wifi in the room. They have a very cute dog...

As we booked very late, we didn’t have many options within our price range so ended up booking this b&b.||||We had the full sea view room on the 4th floor which was a lovely view of the beach and port. As I had a suitcase, it was tiring climbing the stairs. But we got used to the walk up. WiFi doesn’t really work in the room, I got lucky a few times. The power went out on a number of occasions. The room itself was ok, the shower was tricky to work but they showed us how to switch on the hot water the next day. The room was a bit dusty in places but cleaned to good standard on eye level. Unfortunately the pillow I slept on was very hard and high. On the first night, our towels didn’t dry us properly and left fluff all over us but after I spoke to house keeping, our towels were fine from then. They had all the movie channels which kept us entertained before bed. As the balcony doors didn’t fully shut, the sound of the waves could be heard which was quite calming.||||The location is very convenient located right by the port (2 min walk) and very close to the meeting point for tours. It’s only 15-20 minutes tricycle ride from El Nido airport, costing 300 PHP. Lots of food and drink options with shops located right on your doorstep. ||||Breakfast was good, we went for the English breakfast option. The bacon was really nice and worth trying. We had a morning flight to catch and even though breakfast is usually served from 6:30am, they offered us breakfast at 6am when we went to hand over the keys, which was really nice.||||As it was our honeymoon, they decorated our room with balloons which was cute. The staff were probably the best thing about this place. Oh, and they have a cute dog and adorable...
