Crust Beach Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Malay

The service is really bad !!!. Nobody won’t say anything when you sit down, won't bring you plates, and won't bring you a menu. You need to keep looking for them. We have a lot of people, so we ordered the 9 children's set meal. Each children's package includes one drink, but they did not give me one drink., I explained to the waiter with a very arrogant attitude. The manager said that the drink had already been served, until in the end I asked her to check the cctv. She reluctantly apologized and said she would give me an explanation the next day. The next day, no one contacted me, and the restaurant actually told the front desk that it was because the waiter was slow in serving drinks. Not even mentioning the facts! The attitude is too bad, both the waiter and the manager are equally arrogant. Do you do this in the service industry? Good luck to you all! Because of your service and attitude. My friends and I had dinner at The Crust (one of the restaurants at The Lind Boracay) last Saturday, July 2, 2022 at around 6pm. We had a lovely dinner and we commend Mr. Guilbert who assisted us that night.

The sad thing though was that we found a chunk of plastic wrapper on the Bulalo Soup which was really disgusting and totally unacceptable. We kept our calm and told it to Mr. Guilbert who said sorry and even retrieved the plastic from us.

We were disappointed though on how the team handled the situation. Nobody went to us from the supervisors or other staff to ask about the issue. Other restaurants would have removed it from the bill or what but they did not.

I sent a message through their Facebook Page informing them about the situation (because maybe the kitchen staff kept it to themselves) but I was just told that they would investigate further but nothing was...

The restaurant doubles as a lobby lounge for Lind and it's got to be the loveliest lobby lounge on white beach. The north opens up to the very nice pool while the south opens up to the best beach in the world. One can order food from Crust (the pizzas and salads all looked scrumptious) or pick from delicious comfort food from Tartine next door. The bar in the middle serves a delicious punchy mojito. I would have given five stars but the pealla was clearly reheated which is a shame for a luxury hotel. All in all, great dining option on...
