The worst experience ive had on a restaurant in a hotel. The hotel really needs to implement a new and more organized system or you will keep having unsatisfied customers. I waited more than an hour for an incomplete order, i couldnt pay and pick up later cause they didnt know how to process, the order came out wrong and one of the items was never even ordered. The manager, i assume, was walking around asking people how everything was and didnt even bothered to look at me because of what i was wearing. The chef heard all of the complaint, as he was behind me and didnt even cared, just walked away. The quality of the food is honestly terrible, the pastry is full of cream, dry and tasteless. Same like the sinigang, just water with seasoning. Chocolate cookie is very dry and you can easily chip a tooth biting into it, hard as a rock. I wasnt the only one frustrated with the delay and mess they had in the counter. Best advice if you stay in the Novotel? Ask delivery...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was truly disappointing. The service was painfully slow. We waited an unreasonably long time just to have my order taken, and even longer to receive it only for the order to be wrong when it finally arrived. It seemed like the staff didn’t understand the requests at all, which was frustrating.

What made the experience worse was how the crew appeared to treat guests differently based on their appearance. It felt unfair and unprofessional. The staff came across as unfriendly and unapproachable, as though they didn’t care about the customers at all.

The pastries were overpriced, with no labels or descriptions, leaving me guessing what I was even paying for. The lack of transparency and poor attitude made for an overall unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made to their service, pricing, and...

We came at an off time close to closing, but the staff and owner were very accommodating. The food was delicious. We had the salmon risotto and the steak burger, with a side of seasonal vegetables. It came out quickly and the food tasted very fresh. My only regret was ordering the steak burger medium rare…too chewy. Order it well done so you can eat it...
