We had an incredible experience at Noa RestoClub and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Florin. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night.

The food was just as impressive as the service. We started with Colțunași de vită and a fresh burrata with tomatoes and salad mix—both were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The star of the evening was the Tomahawk la robata maturat cu chimichurri—perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with taste. The ribeye with chimichurri and crispy French fries were also delicious and made the meal complete. To top it all off, we enjoyed refreshing mojitos that paired perfectly with the food.

Florin went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable—always checking in at the right time, offering helpful recommendations, and making us feel welcome. It’s rare to find such professional and genuine service, and it really elevated the evening.

Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Florin if you want a...

We visited NOA several times in May and September ´25 and enjoyed a variety of dishes.

The location directly on Calea Victoriei is perfect for enjoying life and the hospitality of the Romanians, especially during the warmer seasons.

The restaurant is beautifully designed, and the selection and quality of the dishes are excellent: My steaks were always cooked to perfection, the side dishes and sauces are homemade, and other dishes like the sashimi tuna are also very high quality.

Special requests are also easily accommodated, and the prices are fair and reflect the high quality standards.

A matching whiskey as a digestif to accompany the steaks would have been nice, but we were also happy with the excellent Romanian schnapps.

Our last evening, which FONEI in particular made perfect (again): He was always very attentive and professional, but at the same time cool and charming; we would have loved to stay much longer.

We are already looking forward to...

We had a great dinner at Noa Restoclub. The service was professional and attentive, definitely above Bucharest average. We ordered salmon tartare, a tenderloin steak (asked for medium rare), and truffle mashed potatoes. The tartare and mashed potatoes were excellent, the steak was good but slightly overcooked (more medium than medium rare).

Everything was a clear 4.5 – which I would normally round up to 5 stars.

What left a mixed impression was the way tipping was handled. Our bill was 379 RON and I told the waiter to round it to 400. He then pointed out that a “minimum tip” of 10% was expected, showing the tipping suggestions printed on the receipt (10%, 12%, 15%). While suggestions are fine, the way it was communicated felt more like a requirement, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially since I had already tipped.

Still, a stylish place with very good food and service. Worth a visit, just be aware of the tipping...

We visited this place as a group of five and had a great dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was delicious. However, at the end of the meal, we had a disappointing experience with the tipping policy. I intended to leave a tip in cash (in euros, as I didn’t have Romanian cash), but the staff refused to accept it and forced me to pay a mandatory 10% tip via card. I was not given a choice, even though I had already expressed my preference. So keep in mind that on top of whatever you eat and drink, you are obligated to pay at least an extra 10% tip, whether you want to or not. While I appreciate good service, tipping should be at the customer’s discretion, not an enforced rule. This left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable meal.
