I need to start this review by saying that I am a professional therapist myself so I know how a massage should be. I started searching for Valentines day for a place where to go for a couple massage as a present for my bf who never been and he preferred going together for the first time. I book 90 minute couple massage for 340 Ron, which is not a small amount for Romania, when it started I noticed that one of the girls was wearing a bluetooth ear plug which I was wondering why she need it, that girl started massaging my bf , when it ended my bf told me that she was in a call with someone who talked in the device and she sometimes only massaged him with a hand and started texting back with the one hand to the one she was talking to. Also next day we both had huge muscle pain because the girls were adding too much pressure even if we both asked them multiple times to go smoother. I choose this place based on the reviews, but I must say I think this people who give good reviews are either fake or they never got good massages. The pain shouldn't be part of a massage even if this is a terapeutic one. Not to mention that we've been asked what type of massage we want and I mentioned that they can do a little bit of therapeutic and then relax, we never got any relax, they put lots of pressure till the end. They got the moves, it's just that they don't care about the persons indications and feedback or they don't understand english. Experienta a fost intr-adevar unica, dar nu datorita masajului extraordinar sau a unor servicii deosebite ci din cauza receptionerei. Am fost impreuna cu prietena si am avut 2 masaje de cuplu (60 de min +20 de minute), adica 80 de minute de fiecare. Pentru o persoana aveam vouchere, iar pentru cealalta trebuia sa platim. Inca de cand am intrat, de la o simpla programare confirmata au inceput sa apara probleme. Noi am ajuns cu 10 minute inainte, asa cum ni s-a recomandat si am ajuns sa intram la 30 de minute dupa, adica cu 20 de minute intarziere. Asta nu a fost un deranj neaparat, pentru ca nu aveam alte planuri. Dar apoi a aparut problema intelegerii conceptului de programare. Tipa de la receptie, care a spus ca este noua, avea un aer de habarnista. Nu stia pe ce lume traieste. Nu reusea sa inteleaga ce fel de programare avem noi si nici cum urmeaza sa platim. Nu intelegea daca facem 40 de minute fiecare, daca facem pe rand sau in acelasi timp. Nu intelegea ca sunt 2 masaje diferite. Totul era o confuzie. Apoi cu plata, a avut dificultati de a intelege cum sta treaba cu voucherele si ce suma urma noi apoi sa platim. Urmatoarea greseala pe care a facut-o a fost sa nu le comunice fetelor care fac masajul ce fel de programare avem. Ni s-a facut masajul de 60 de minute, intr-un final, iar apoi fetele au plecat. Noi am crezut ca se vor intoarce si vor continua cu cele 20 de minute din cea de-a doua procedura. In schimb nu s-au mai intors nimeni. Am iesit din camera si am vorbit din nou cu tipa de la receptie ca sa aflu ca fetele deja s-au dus la alte programari si ca trebuia sa le spunem noi ce sa faca, cum sa faca si pana cand sa faca. La un moment dat am primit si o replica de genul "Nu ati mai fost la masaj? Asa se face la masaj." Tipa voia sa imi explice ca noi trebuia sa dam toate detaliile despre ce anume dorim, desi aveam programarea facuta si confirmata si comunicata. Si m-am trezit invinuit de toata aceasta confuzie. Au urmat minute bune de discutii la telefon cu o alta doamna, acolo cu fetele de la masaj. Tonuri ridicate si discutii aprinse. Mai ca imi venea sa plec de acolo de rusine. Atitudinea noastra a fost una calma si intelegatoare. Nu am incercat sa facem scandal sau sa complicam lucrurile. Pana la urma din 4 masaje am facut doar 3, prietena mea a trebuit sa ma astepte la receptie. Am primit scuze, dar in acelasi timp mi s-a spus ca noi am fi fost de vina. Noi nu am putut intelege cum de asa ceva este atat de greu de organizat. Am mai fost la alte saloane de masaj din tara si nu trebuia sa comunicam nimic in afara de NUME!!!! Apoi toata lumea de acolo stia ce trebuie sa faca!! Nu exista dezorganizarea asta. Din pacate nu am plecat de acolo atat de relaxati pe cat ne-am fi dorit, am plecat putin socati de cata incompetenta a putut da dovada un om. Pacat de masajele in sine care au fost placute si de locatie care de asemenea era draguta. Preturile sunt si ele foarte bune comparativ cu concurenta. Dar per total a fost o experienta care ne-a lasat cu un gust amar. Nu ne vom mai intoarce la acest salon, cu regret pentru fetele de la masaj. (3 stele doar pentru masaj si locatie, pentru restul 1...
