Chinese Garden — Restaurant in Bucharest

We walked up to the doors and noticed all the tables outside were dirty and almost turned around. We decided to enter and wished we hadn’t. The smell from the kitchen was strong and unpleasant. We walked into the waiting area and were greeted by a man with his feet on the chairs slumped over sleeping. The restaurant was in complete disarray. A woman walked towards us saying something but I didn’t understand and didn’t care. Not sure why they had the doors opened for business but they had no interest in service maybe only delivering food but what could the quality be considering the circumstances we encountered? No consideration for clients. Ordered through delivery and the main dishes (duck and chicken) had literally around 300 g SAUCE. The food was basically swamped in sauce that filled half of the food box.

We had to eat duck, vegetables and noodles with a SPOON and drain the sauce in a soup container, that was almost filled by the sauce from two food portions.

Do not order Sea Grass soup - worst one I ever had in my life. It was basically seaweed in warmed water. Barely had any seaweed in it even. Horrible.

First thing you'll see when you enter the restaurant are the dusty tables and their bad vintage look, full of scratches. Horrible service, with the restaurant empty the waiter wasn't even interested to serve us. We waited hungry 30+ minutes for the food to come and surprise, it was so hot that we needed to wait more. Decent food, not great. The worst part is that the waitress forgot one of the dishes we ordered but it was showing on the bill. We asked her to pack it so we can eat it on our way home.
