Hotel Regineta Bucuresti — Hotel in Bucharest

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a night and we have nothing to complain about! It’s not too far from the city center and old town, that can be quickly reached with an Uber. The room was clean, the only inconvenience was finding a hair on the toilet that should have been cleaned, but other than that it worked just fine. We got there before 2 PM (check in time) and they made us pay 15€ to get in early. They were also nice for keeping our luggage (free of charge) even after the checkout time, while we went visiting other parts of the city. Our room also had a cooking corner inside of it so it’s a nice alternative to renting an apartment. And the AC worked fine, it was just a little noisy. Friendly staff. Clean. Felt safe. Old building so lots of character but if you like modern, then this is not. Heating worked well in the room. Had a cooking hob, fridge and kitchen sink, so you could cook simple stuff in the room. Supermarket close by. TV with various English language channels. They don't take AMEX, surprise suprise, who does lol. All in all not bad. Nothing luxurious. Hotel was ok, rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean. The decoration seemed like you would get your girlfriend to stay there just for a few hours. Nonetheless hotel was ok the staff very friendly and breakfast was good. The only serious problem was that our room's door key was not working and the door could not be locked either from the inside or the outside so we were a little worried as it is logical...don't think i would stay again but it was not a...
