This was my second time going (first time in 2019 at their other location).
I have to admit that it has gone a bit downhill and the experience didn’t feel as luxurious as it once did.
I still think it was worth it for the price I paid compared to a facial at shangpree and sulwhasoo and I would go here again. I wish there was more of an exfoliation step though to scrub away my dead skin cells.
I’m addressing a comment made by another spa goer about the 20 mins spent with a cooling mask on: I’ve been to 4 spas in Seoul for Korea including shangpree and sulwhasoo, and it seems to be a trend across all spas these days. It was a 60 minute treatment and I spent over 20 minutes of it laying down with a mask on while the woman went and did other things. It was not personalized at all, and I asked for suggestions about what I should use on my face and received no suggestions besides the tiny samples they gave me at the end. They do use leg massagers which is nice, but these also turned off before I was left in the room. I wasn’t told what they put on my face and there were no actual treatments such as extractions or chemical peels. It was a relaxing 60 minutes, but that’s the best thing I can...
