Review as of November 2022.
This is a budget friendly all you can eat korean bbq. There is also an option of shabu-shabu which I didn’t try. So don’t expect to have 5-star service although the waiter/waitress was really kind with us.
The price is 16900 KRW (~17 CAD) per person.
You have 3 types of “fresh” meat (pork belly, pork shoulder and marinated pork) and 2 types of frozen meat (thin pork belly and thin beef belly) that you can refill endlessly. You will need to order at the counter for the “fresh” meat. The frozen meat are in the self-serve counter.
Also, In the self-serve counter (also all you can eat) you have: fried rice, spaghetti, tobboki, mandu, spicy chicken wings, kimchi, lettuce, spicy bean sprouts, onion, garlic, etc. and as for the sauce: salt, sesame oil and the bean paste sauce.
Like most of the restaurants in Seoul, water is self-serve. Soft drinks and alcohol are extras ($)
I personally liked the thin beef belly, so easy to eat with salt and sesame oil. At this price point, it’s really...
Read moreAttracted to the unlimited bbq and went into the shop located at Level 3 of the building. The korean bbq buffet is $16,900 per pax.
We were led go our seat and the first thing that I notice is that the table is really oily. While I understand this is a bbq restaurant, it is too simply too oily even for me to rest my arms on the table.
We were given the first round of meat and that it. No further meat was given to us while i notice that the staff served the other table again and again. The staff was unable to communicate in English at all.
I find the meat average, nothing fantastic. We took the meat that are meant for shabu shabu and grill it instead. The choice are limited, simply just pork and beef. There are few hot food available at the bar for you to self service. Water is available at 1 corner for you to take yourself.
I will not return for sure. A total...
Read moreThe restaurant is located on the 3rd floor. You have to go on the side and take the elevator. The most affordable all you can eat BBQ around the Myeongdong district. The server will bring you a plate of the meats as well as self serve bar of beef and pork fillets along with traditional Korean appetizers (Kimchi, salad, pickles). Until you finish the plate of meat served, then you click the little red button on the table and the server will get you another plate of the meats. Water station is in the middle of the restaurant with sanitized cups and water bottle. Anything more than water (soda or alcohol costs more). Depending where you sit, you can look down at the vibrant district while enjoying BBQ. Overall a very budget cost and meal that filled our bellies beyond our...
