Our stay at Hotel Skypark Myeongdong III was truly unforgettable and absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the location was unbeatable — right in the heart of Myeongdong, just steps away from all the famous outlets, cosmetic shops, and endless food stalls! You can literally walk to everything — shopping, street food, subway station... it’s all RIGHT THERE! Super convenient for families or first-time visitors to Seoul.

But what truly made this stay so special was the incredible front desk staff. There was one gentleman (I’m so sad I didn’t get his name!) who made a lasting impression on our hearts. My young daughter was crying, and he kept gently saying “괜찮아, 괜찮아~” (gwenchana) with such warmth and care. His kindness and calm energy brought so much comfort to us as parents. His service was above and beyond — polite, patient, and always wearing a smile. Thank you for showing us true Korean hospitality!

The rooms were cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping kept it spotless. The elevator was quick, and we loved the touch of elegance in the lobby.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Myeongdong. Whether you’re shopping, exploring Seoul, or just needing a safe and peaceful place to rest — this is the spot!

As a foreigner, ​I've stayed in many hotels throughout Seoul, but none have impressed me as much as the Skypark Hotel franchise, particularly Branch 3 in Myeongdong. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch, setting a new standard for hospitality. ​What truly blew me away was an experience during my extended stay. We had to move from Branch 3 to the Skypark Central Myeongdong location, and before I could even think to ask, the manager took the initiative to personally ensure all seven of my family's luggages were seamlessly transferred to our new room. This level of foresight and proactive care is incredibly rare and made a potentially stressful situation completely painless. ​Every single staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. They made us feel welcome and valued throughout our entire trip. The rooms themselves were a decent size and came with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, which is a huge plus when you're on the go. ​The location is simply unbeatable—prime real estate right in the heart of Myeongdong, with easy access to shopping, food, and public transportation. You can't ask for a better base for exploring the city. ​I would, without a doubt, stay at a Skypark franchise hotel again. I had an incredible stay at Hotel Skypark Myeongdong III. There were quite a few staff members who treated me like a celebrity and spoiled my baby so much! Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. I have been very fortunate to spend quite a few days and nights here and the staff has been consistently kind and helpful.

I specifically want to mention Shin by name. He treated me like a dignitary and a personal friend. Even though we had never met before he welcomed me like the hotel was his home and we were honored guests. He had a great big smile and was so happy to see me, like an old friend. When my baby and I came down for breakfast or to run out to the store, he played games with her and held her hand to walk across the corridor. Just a very kind-hearted person with the best attitude to start our day!

I also want to thank and show appreciation for Binna (Pabina) and Ji Won. There is a ramen shop connected to the hotel, Cafe Skylounge24. These two women were so helpful and kind to my baby. They kept her entertained and made sure she was able to enjoy her meal too. She was not eating and had jet lag from traveling so far from home. They made her feel comfortable and welcome and I am so grateful!
