Bangla Bazar — Local services in Arona

This Indian (or Pakistani) fruit store was my regular store for fruits, vegetables and coconuts (for 2 euros). Unfortunately, every third coconut was rotten and many times I had to throw it away. At some point I decided to inform the store employees about the quality of their product and I was tired of throwing my money in the trash.

The store employees usually gave a neutral and pleasant impression. But when I came to exchange another rotten coconut for a new one, the cashier gave me a grumpy look, but he did. Unfortunately, this coconut was also rotten and I went back to the store to return the 2 euros, even though I had thrown the rotten coconut away before, without complaint.

This time all the store employees were very hostile and at first refused to change the coconut or give me my money back.

I had to raise my voice in front of the other customers to warn them that they were deliberately selling a rotten product and that they were responsible and that I had to call the police; After a brief altercation, they threw me two euros and forbade me to ever come into that store. Alors par où commencer. Les prix sont extrêmement chère par rapport à la qualité. Il vendent des fruits pourris et ne s’en soucis pas… Les étagères sont sale des produits périmés sur les étagères également… Leurs congélateur n’est pas ranger on se croirait à la foire quoi que même à la foire c’est mieux ranger. Si on fouille bien au fond du congélateur on n’y trouve des produits passer de plusieur mois. Les horaires varie en fonction de leurs envie jamais la même heure d’ouverture et de fermeture. De plus le personnel est vraiment pas très accueillant il regarde très mal comme si on n’était pas les bienvenus… Privilégier une autre épicerie...

Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich komme seit Jahren hier her um Obst und Gemüse zu kaufen. Ja, es gibt auch schon mal Stücke, die nicht mehr schön sind. Aber das ist in meinen Augen völlig normal. Es gibt eben reifes Obst und Gemüse, was ich nicht erst noch eine Woche hinlegen muss, damit es essbar ist. Für mich eines der besten Geschäfte in Los Cristianos für Mango, Papaya, Tomaten usw. Und ja, das Personal ist tatsächlich nicht gerade überschwänglich und eher zurückhaltend aber auch nicht super...
