Truly disappointing to be considered an AD.
I came in a few months ago having a look at Tudor already with a specific model I was interested in. Came in and got led to the upper floor where they have their Tudor showcase. Got seated down and made to wait 30 minutes for someone to speak to me and my partner. Nothing offered during that time and the shop was not even busy.
Once I finally got to speak to the sales person she was not sure of the model and even claimed it did not exist. I had to show her the tudor website and reference number which she checked but somehow could not understand. She just said it was not available. She gave me her whatsapp number and preceded us out of the shop without even offering us anything (I was keen to look at other watches but seemed like she just had different priorities)
She then sent me a message on whatsapp later that evening asking me for the reference once again. I sent it to her and she said she would check with her manager/team the next day. She sends me a voice note with loud music in the background which made her message barely understandable and basically says it's not available and to send her a message in a few days or weeks. (Can't understand why I would have to be the one to follow up for a Tudor. Normally in other AD's they update you based on your requests)
Anyways, I send her a message a month later and once again she asks for the reference number. Again I send it complete with the website link and she never replied.
Shameful to be called a proper AD with no knowledge of customer service. Only reason I wanted to come here in the first place is because my regular AD doesn't carry Tudor but now I know...
Read moreAvoid this store. We were just there earlier today to run in and quickly purchase a 5k Tudor watch as a gift for a nephew for graduation. The man attending to us was the worst and very rude - he was tall, middle aged man with medium long dark hair. Seeing everyone around us with drinks, I asked if I could have a glass of water which he brushed off with a “yeah sure” but never bothered to get it for me or ask anyone around him for assistance. I asked him multiple times for the water because I was dealing with allergies and every time he ignored my request. I’m not sure if he felt like we weren’t spending enough money or if he was being judgemental in some other way. He even went to go check the back for the specific watch we were looking for and didn’t return with any water for me and left my husband standing the entire time and never offered him a chair. A different woman working there who was assisting other clients noticed my husband just standing around and asked another associate to help bring a chair. We made up an excuse to leave because we did not want to work with the man assigned to us and I made sure to let the other associates know as I left that we had a bad experience with our rude assigned salesman before we left. On my first visit to Rabat, I felt unwelcome. No one showed me the pre-owned selection, expressed interest, or even offered me a seat or a drink. As a Rolex agent, I knew this wasn't the standard experience. Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to give Rabat another chance—and I’m so glad I did. Svetlana greeted me warmly, offered me a table, a drink, and snacks, and made me feel at home. She completely turned my day around and made my visit truly memorable.
