The guy at the cashier with short hair and tatoo should be fired. I purchased a white espresso cup and asked to show us the cups to see if there are any cracks. There were cracks at the cup (quality control sucks), so me and my wife asked him to show another one. But this guy at the cashier was sooo lazy and gave us a * face, telling us all the cups are the same and he cannot check other cups (why do you sell cracked cups then? lol). I told him “how do you guarantee if you dont open them up?(no problem to be opened cz boxes arent sealed, and this is a fragile product that must be checked before purchase)” and we opened other boxes, which turns out to be fine. This guy didnt want to do his job and didnt give a * to sell products of this store (dont know why he works lol). Whoever’s running this place should give employees training for visitors, because they don’t give a ** about your business, customer service and sales while being paid with a ‘salary’. good luck with that.

Me gustó mucho y compré varios regalos para familia y amistades. Es un poco caro, pero tiene el sello de la tienda y emblema y muy bién presentado, o sea que el precio queda compensado. Los diseños de las cerámicas y bisutería son de estilo Gaudí. Hay una parte de "librería" en varios idiomas, con libros de la vida y obra de Gaudí, así como guías de Barcelona, cuentos infantiles, etc. La porcelana me gustó mucho, muy estilosa. Venden también foulards, pañuelos, bolsos-grandes en diversas formas y colores, T-shirts, jabón para las manos, posa vasos con el dibujo del "panot" Flor, de las aceras de Barcelona, que es una reproducción de del almendro, diseñado por Josep Puig i Cadafalch (1867-1956),en principio para el patio de carruajes de la Casa Amatller, siendo posteriormente elegido en 1906, para pavimento de las aceras de Barcelona por el Taller de Cerámica SOT, siguiendo un proceso artesanal. El Taller Cerámica SOT participa activamente en la restauración del Patrimonio Artitectónico del Modernismo, junto con las instituaciones catalanas. Lo han hechos en muchas restauraciones Modernistas tanto en la Ciudad de Barcelona como en otras localidades. La otra baldosa, exagonal, fué proyectada por Gaudí, esta baldosa fué muy popular en 1904 para pavimentar el suelo de la Casa Batlló. En homenaje al Arquitecto, la Ciudad de Barcelona pavimentó el Paseo de Gracia. Esta baldosa también fué realizada por el Taller de Cerámica SOT. También venden vasos, lápices, llaveros, etc. Había unos jarrones preciosos de un artista Italiano. Me atendieron muy atentamente y como fuí 2 veces la misma tarde, me envolvieron de nuevo el primer paquete, pues añadieron lo comprado para una amistad, así en una sóla envoltura-bolsa de papel....

I loved this store!!! I bought way too many things from here, early in the morning and carried them with me all day 😅

The design and variety of products is great! Many handmade ceramics, books, stationery, souvenirs!!

• We went around 9 am and there were few clients inside. • The personnel was really nice and kind (I bought some mugs and they packed them very well, to be suitable for travel); • Prces are on the higher range, but worth it for the quality (e.g. 2.5 euro a bookmark, mugs starting from 10 euro, magnets...
