1 star for the shop and 0 stars for the staff😔. I usually think it through before giving a bad review, and I was not planning to do it until I've read some of the reviews and noticed that it's a trend to treat customers in a disrespectful way or is just according to the employee's mood on that day. I don't know if it's a normal thing in this shop for the shop assistant (a middle aged woman with eyeglasses) to come and take items (the most expensive ones) from your basket and put it at the cashier without any explanation. My question is if I actually paid for the items I took from the shelf or for some fake items that were exchanged while Ia was still checking for other stuff. When I asked for a simple explanation, the cashier looked at me very annoyed😒. The staff needs some detailed training in how to treat customers as I've never experienced something like this, not even in the US and there, they are actually famous for their bad customer service. Visited today and wanted to take a video for 1 of my friends back home as they love skincare as much as I do. However, within about 30 seconds, I was shouted at to stop filming with no explanation.
After this, I then wanted an Avene product, which was behind a clear, plastic container. Asked 1 of the staff members to get it for me, and she said "you need to pay at the till, I cant give you it." She then proceeded to walk up to the till very quickly, even although I hadn't finished looking in the shop.
I dont usually leave bad reviews but I feel the staff could be a bit nicer to customers.
I would visit again if I was to ever visit Barcelona as the prices in the store are really good, but for that...

Yo iba con mi patinete y como no podía entrar con el un empleada se ofreció a vigilarlo, dejándolo dentro de la tienda. Regresé después de 2 minutos, el patinete ya no estaba, la empleada no lo vigilò y me lo robaron. No cuestiono el comportamiento de la empleada, que lamentablemente fue despedido después de varios días, sino el comportamiento de la empresa que, en respuesta a varios de mis informes, incidencia abiertas y correos electrónicos enviados durante los últimos 6 meses, sólo se dignó responder una vez diciendo que se pondría en contacto con la tienda para entender lo que había sucedido, hasta ahora nadie se puso en contacto conmigo!!! Como cliente me sentí y me siento abandonado por una empresa que debería garantizar y poner al cliente como su principal prioridad.

Desde mi última reseña negativa sobre mi experiencia en la tienda Primor de Barcelona en el centro comercial Diagonal Mar donde me dijiste que alguien se pondría en contacto conmigo, han pasado 6 días pero hasta la fecha nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Como ya pasó, hasta la fecha han pasado 6 meses... ¡¡¡ES VERGONZOSO!!! Es muy fácil brindar un buen servicio al cliente cuando un cliente desea comprar un producto.
