First and last time i will be eating here. Immediately after walking in we were freezing cold, and even though the staff turned it down after we complained, they turned it back up minutes later. About two thirds of the drinks were warm, and after informing the staff she just shook her head and walked off. After ordering, some of the groups food came very quickly while the majority of us had to wait about 45 minutes for only half of the dishes to arrive. When one dish arrived there was a hair in the garlic sauce, the staff took it away but there was no apology or any kind of discount. One person’s dish was not what was described on the menu and did not go into detail on the different types of cheese that would be included. As we tried to enjoy this horrific meal, the staff decided to turn the music on right above us so loud that we could barely hear the person next to us speak - and to top it all off the only songs played were beyoncé. About half way through eating our food we asked the staff for ketchup and salt and pepper; 30 minutes later we had finished our meal and still haven’t received any of them. And finally when the waitress was collecting our plates she smashed a glass, this was not cleaned up for another 10 minutes and we had to ask 3 staff to clean it up before it eventually was. Even when it was ‘cleaned up’ there was still a few pieces of glass under the seat. Will never be coming back here again and would advise everyone else to...

Now, the paella… well, let’s just say if it were a movie, it would be called "Rice: A Solo Performance." There was a cameo appearance by a prawn or two, but the seafood mostly phoned it in. And the rice was on the drier side—less juicy Mediterranean delight, more “Spanish leftovers from yesterday’s lunch.”
That said, the location really redeems it. Sitting outdoors on the square was lovely—great ambiance, even if your paella is giving you side-eye.
Come for the scenery, stay for the hope that next time the seafood will actually show up...
