I wished to have a happy weekend lunch time. But, unfortunately, it was the worst experience in a decade. 🥺😥
I'd say maybe eating at a disaster center might be a nicer experience. It was really unorganized and lousy. The overall operations was completed broken. I feel sorry for all guests who were there I could feel that they were also very unhappy yet sorry to the staffs as well. The seem very stressed. Also, the overall noise level was to the extreme, I thought I was eating at the airplane lines - not inside of the airport, but the actual airline taking off lines in outdoor! It gets to the point where it gives serious headaches and hurty feeling to ears - more than 100 people in the place, not too big place. People screaming, kids are crying and screaming too, some files of dishes falling down and make all sound, etc. My ears are still hurting even after several hours.
Sharing some examples of what went wrong, dont only count these, there were way more.
We were sited but no one came to us to give us menu or come to get an order from us for first 20+ minutes. At the end, we grabbed a waiter and she just simplied said they dont have a menu, but we should go to website and fine the menu from it. (There was no QR code or something even.) We searched the name of restaurant and found the confusing website and finally found the menu. We waited again for another 10 more minutes just to see anyone will come to us to get an order. Failed. We started grabbing some attention from staffs. We tried 3 people and the 3rd one finally started getting the order. (The first 2 of them were nice! Friendly, but unfortunately they seem not the one in charge of the tables and asked to wait for the right person to come) the waiter took our order seems in charge of all tables on the left side which were full and 40 tables (= 80 guest) she was the one getting order, serving, and cleaning the dishes.... she looks about to cry imo and very stressed. She was very unfriendly yet actually pretty rude. However, if anyone in that position to take care of all of the works, I won't blame but actually felt sorry to her. we finally started getting food, we got all starter menu and 3 rounds of meats. But, unfortunately, we couldnt start eating at all - and same to our next tables... as we have been sitting in the table for over 45 minutes. But, no one single seved our utensils (and to our next tables as well) - no fork, no knife, nothing. We waited another 5 minutes, and just realized that the longer waiting will not help us to get the utensils so we grabbed staffs to help. at the point, we were quite upset yet disappointed that we really were thinking of leaving the place just giving up eating them. finally, the staff brought us knives, but no fork 😵🤪 another waiting, it seems there are no clean forks ready at all. The staffs went into kitchen area to find some available ones and finally we started eating food were so cold. Dry. All the starters meat was so dry as well, almost cold too. the most delicious thing on the table was water actually. there were 6 or 7 different styles of meat and after the first round it started to be same again so we refused to get more. and the meat are mostly very cheap ones like sausage and bacon.
I cant believe we paid nearly 50 euros for this experience and taste.... 😅😅 I think I should've paid to eating at the place tbh!
Of course we wont come back again.
I think the restaurant seems not ready at all to serve big numbers of clients yet. Maybe shut down the restaurant until you figure out how to set the operations. Or, maybe reduce the maximum numbers of clients till you get used to with huge clients.
Also, definitely, the operations need more staffs. I feel really sorry for them. They were very friendly and nice, but really lack of people to even meet basic...
Read moreWe were excited to try this Brazilian steakhouse, but the experience was a bit mixed. We had to wait quite a while for a table, and even longer to be served. There was only one waitress working the whole floor, so the delays were clearly not her fault — she was doing her best under pressure.
Our side orders got mixed up with another table, drinks took a long time to arrive, and some items never showed up — the corn, for example, was never served, and the banana à milanesa arrived just as we were ordering coffee. My second drink also came very late, and we were never even offered vinagrete.
On top of that, not having basic items like olive oil, salt, napkins, or vinegar already on the table is really frustrating — especially at a place that serves grilled meats and salads. That said, the salad itself was nicely seasoned, which was a pleasant surprise.
The quality of the meats was very good for the price, but if the goal is to offer a true Brazilian rodízio, there’s still a lot to improve — especially in terms of service, meat carving, and presentation.

Read moreTranscurridos unos cuantos días de lo sucedido, con hoja de reclamaciones incluida (de la cual la encargada no me quería dar ni copia), me propongo a dar parte de lo ocurrido en dicho local, lo cual fue una de mis peores experiencias gastronómicas que he vivido, concretamente con dos camareras, Valeria y Jennifer. Fuimos con una amiga a este restaurante, nos llamaba la atención y después de mucho tiempo le dimos una oportunidad. Una vez, llegados al local, nos encontramos que tuvimos que esperar, literalmente, unos 30 minutos que una de las dos camareras que habían en el establecimiento nos hicieran caso, pasando ellas por delante y observándonos, y teniendo únicamente 2 mesas, no querían ni mirarnos. Pasados los 30 minutos y cuando quisieron hacernos caso, nos sentamos y empezamos a comer. Llegan los entrantes y las carnes, por cierto, el chico de las carnes (chapeau, el mejor del establecimiento Xavi creo q se llamaba), estaban bien. Sin embargo, empiezan los problemas, una vez terminados los entrantes y las bebidas, deseamos pedir más, primero una de las camareras nos dice que lo apunta. Pasan 30 minutos, y viene la encargada, y le decimos lo que habíamos pedido y con unas malas formas impropias de una persona de su cargo, y torciéndonos los ojos, dice que ya nos lo trae. Pasan 30 minutos más y ya no podíamos ni comer carne, porque pasados 1 hora de que la tengamos en el plato pues fría estaba (un poco penoso teniendo en cuenta que pagas 27 euros aprox por persona el menu), obviamente, igualmente ya se nos había ido el hambre. Después de este suceso, desaparecen ambas y no se las vuelve a ver hasta dentro de un buen rato, cuando les dio la gana de decirnos que si había ido todo bien. Pedidos los postres, procedo a hablar con la encargada, y a la que le digo lo de la atención deficiente y el muchísimo tiempo de espera teniendo únicamente 4-5 mesas, a la que ella procede a responderme literalmente, que a un bufet había que venir con tiempo. Teniendo en cuenta que llevábamos 2 horas en el local, en las cuales no nos hacían ni caso, me parece un despropósito que nos diga esto. Por esto, y porque sigue con su actitud irrespetuosa y desgradable hacia nosotros, procedo a pedir una hoja de reclamaciones. Una vez la traen y estoy rellenando la hoja, pago con el móvil mientras mi acompañante revisa la cuenta, y prosigo a seguir escribiendo la hoja de reclamaciones. Mi acompañante se da cuenta de dos cosas, 1 que nos habían cobrado 10 euros de más y la camarera no nos había dicho nada, y 2 que el menú incluía un pan que no nos sirvieron en ningún momento. Increíble. Visto eso, mientras escribo la hoja y mi acompañante le comenta lo sucedido a la encargada, la cual viene enfadada, nos tira en la mesa los 10 euros en efectivo y se marcha sin haber conseguido su objetivo. Una vez escrita la carta, se la entrego y a lo que ella dice que pues vale, sin conocer el procedimiento ni queriendo darme una copia. Una vez se la pido, su respuesta es no se si me va la máquina, y veo como luego si que le iba. Procede a darme la copia y ella se queda una copia, y posteriormente, al salir veo que ella rompe otra hoja (no sé si es la misma hoja de reclamaciones, pero visto lo visto…).
