Disaster!!! AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS. LEROY MERLIN IS THE WORST!!! CUSTOMER TOTALLY NEGLECTED.

First tried to order all the equipment for two full luxury bathroom (more than 7 kEuro each) - salesperson did not listen, just pushed to get to the deal asap. Next tried to order an expensive teakwood garden set in february online because it could not be delivered within three days... it could not get delivered within the next three months either... we paid 1,5 kEuro in advance, we spent a full week only waiting for delivery but nothing happened, rented a car to get to the shop to complain every evening, spoilt a full holiday, no one ever answered the phone, suddenly nobody could speak English (mind you an international French (!!) company and only Spanish) finally got our money back ....if we ordered in the store in Finestrat itself and also were nearly forced to buy a smaller balcony set, which we did. It should have been delivered only 15 km away in Villajoyosa on a specially designated day, confirmed a dozen times. You guessed it, we booked a holiday especially to be waiting for another week, nothing delivered - at the end we really got very angry and went by rented car to the shop itself for three consecutive nights. We had to contact the logistics company in Alicante ourselves a dozen times (Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Finestrat all involved). And yes at the last day of this spoilt holiday the furniture arrived, we paid extra for the delivery, so glad BUT the table was missing. Had to go to Finestrat itself to collect it in our last 'holiday' hours. They nearly did not give it to us then... What a 4 months lasting nightmare this was. And nothing to help us or repay us for damages or any inconveniences we suffered... Yes we have a customer card and number and yes we know all the personnel that lied to us and gave no service at all... just one lady in the end that helped us out instead of all the Spanish workers ?? there who talked about manana and problema only. Do not make the same mistake as us - we trusted them several times, in word and written messages. Most of the time they did not even respond... Will not get more angry than expressed here.... DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT BUY HERE IT IS A HELL AND A NIGHTMARE!!! THIS IS A SHAME AND VERY...

Some of the employees very RUDE and AGRESSIVE...Went to buy a few bits and pieces with my baby and when I asked for help in the Constructions Area it seems I bothered an employee while on his phone so he was kind of upset about it, he answered my question but didn't help me find the product, when I asked again to help me find the product he was so annoyed you can't imagine, I found this guy Sergio R to be very rude when we had to wait in a cue for 10 minutes for all the emplyees within the Construction s Area to count some tiles for another employee...when the lady from the till came back she started ringing so we were one again unattended...when I said she should attend us as we can't wait forever the Sergio guy said to me to calm down...I was very calm but it seems he was bothered as I interrupted his time on Facebook earlier with my request, when I said that to him he corrected me saying he was on Instagram...I was shocked...when to the store till paid my bits and pieces and asked to see a supervisor so I spoke with a very nice lady she was as shocked as I was and referred me the Construction Area Manager Ignacio who wasn't bothered about it, he said he can't do much about it as he will need to send the i nformation to the central office, he couldn't even give me this guys name who was very rude in the end shouting at me across the store, I know I was dressed with stained clothes as I was refurbishing my flat, but that doesn't give them the wright to disrespect me...I was so upset after this incident and I had such a big remorse I bought most of the things I needed for the refurbishment from this store when you have so many other choices...I never though this could happen in Spain nowadays...I felt stressed by this guy it was like a...

Recien, tuvimos que comprar todos los elementos de un baño: Taza, cisterna, lavabo y encimera, plato de ducha y mampara con deflector. Visitamos a Gema Contreras en la sección de baños en Leroy Merlin Finestrat-Benidorm. Entramos con una lista pero ningun idea, y en menos de una hora todo estaba arreglado y pedido. Más detalles en los párrafos abajo en ingles. Pero sin la sabiduria y eficacia de Gema, esto no habria sido posible! Gracias Gema!! We recently needed to purchase all the elements that make up a bathroom: Toilet, Washbasin & unit, Shower Tray & Screen. So went to Leroy Merlin. the Finestrat-Benidorm branch & particularly the bathroom section. Within the space of around an hour, we were all sorted. Gema Contreras, the Leroy M Rep there was invaluable and helped us through the choice on the options for each item. She knew her stock inside out, was able to advise on delivery times, stock availability, etc. This excellent level of service continued across the next 2 days (once we were back at home 60 kms away) where for stock reasons we had to alter one item in the order, managed with her help, to order another item (from another department) to arrive with our order, and cancel a third item. Some of this done via email and some over the phone. Should say that we did all this in Spanish but I cannot recall this level of service in any other retail environment. All the goods (that we weren't taking at the time) arrived yesterday bar one that is due on Tuesday next week - all as planned. SUPERB, GEMA - THANK...
