I think it is a scam that they advertise an article full of vibrant colours and what I receive are some transparent bottles. And to return it, it seems that you are the one to blame. I have been shopping with them for years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. Dacil is AMAZING and my usual go to with all things Louboutin. Her customer service is outstanding, but with that being said, when Dacil was unavailable, the entire staff has been nothing but perfect. Honestly, the service here is the best I've had at many Louboutin shops I've been to around the global. I enjoy shopping throughout Madrid, but I can, hands down say this store has the best staff. They are not rude, they do rush you, nor do they have a pretentious attitude either. If there isn't something in your size, they will find for you and have it shipped.
