Absolutely appalling attitude.

Popped in as tourists, to buy for my sisters litter boy back in the uk for Easter.

I picked up an Easter box very gently to look for the price underneath. The lady in the shop jumped on me “please don’t move anything I will have to make it up again”

Well if you don’t want anything touched why don’t you actually try putting price signs up and not have a shop. Simply sell online or put everything behind glass.

Also when my sister has already picked up a packet of chocolate sheep to buy she didn’t get told this.

So you know what we don’t buy from anyone with attitude or who treats their customers with that appalling attitude so my sister put her choice back down and we left.

I would encourage everyone to shop somewhere where they truly understand customer service.

Either price up your shop or learn some manners....

I bought something here with my friend and we were discriminated (or to say Racial discrimination). I have bought many times in other chain stores. This is the first time I came to this store which next to Sol and this unpleasant experience makes me never want to come back here to anymore ! I am very impressed with the shop assistant in the store today can be completely different faces to white people and to us Asians. They treated the two groups of white people in front of and behind us very well and offered them samples enthusiastically , but were very impatient with us and did not voluntarily offer us to try the products(until I asked). To sum up, I am very angry because of this...
