Saint Laurent — Local services in Madrid

Went in store to purchase a wallet/cardholder. The display piece has scuffs on it, so the sales member “would get a new one from the back”. She came out with it all packaged up. It wasn’t until we got home we noticed scuff marks on the one she had packaged up. We took it back the following day to swap it, to be told by a different sale member that there weren’t any left and that we were sold the last one (the display one!). Very sneaky, cunning sales staff.

Add to that we were told that there were two in stock at the Serrano store. We went there and both of them also had scuff marks.
