My husband and I recently celebrated his birthday at Dani Brasserie, and while the views and food were fantastic, it was the exceptional service that made our night truly unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived, Rabbi and Johan went above and beyond to make the evening special. They wished my husband a happy birthday multiple times throughout the night, and towards the end of the meal, they surprised us with a thoughtful gesture: a beautifully presented dessert, complete with a candle and a card that said "Happy Birthday." It was such a personal touch, and their warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued.

We mentioned that we would prefer an outdoor seat when we arrived and although it looked like there were no seats available, Rabbi went out of his way to find a seat for us and as it was a cold night in Madrid he even bought us blankets for us to keep warm and bought me a seat for my bag too so I didn’t have to put it on the floor.

We also asked to move to a table under the radiators once it had become available and Johan happily moved us and kindly bought over all of our food and drinks too.

Johan gave us some great recommendations on what to order, I loved how he knew that we don’t drink alcohol without us having to tell him and suggested non alcoholic drinks for us from the start and I loved how knowledgeable he was about all the food and its origins! His passion for the food really shone through. Rabbi even went out of his way to recommend things for us to do in Madrid as it was our first time visiting and our first night there and we definitely incorporated his suggestions into our itinerary so it was much appreciated!

The food, of course, was excellent. The dishes were presented beautifully. But for us, the highlight was how Rabbi and Johan made the experience feel intimate and celebratory, turning what could have been just a special dinner into a cherished memory.

If you're looking for a place in Madrid with amazing views, great food, and incredible service that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Dani Brasserie. Rabbi and Johan made the night so special, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in...

EXCELLENT!!! Yet not a Spanish cuisine showcase. Although there are hints of Spanish specialties, I’d consider this restaurant to be more international-cuisine oriented. Yes, as starters you can have croquetas and jamon iberico, but main courses are definitely on the international-cuisine side, with focus on pasta, steak, and fish. Be mindful of this if you’re touring Madrid in search of a truer Spanish experience.

The place is beautifully furnished, and the ambiance is chilled-out, warm, and cozy but still elegant and classy; and because of its layout you get to be near a window basically from every single table, which is probably one of the main attractions of the restaurant: the spectacular views of downtown Madrid you get to have!!!

Regarding food, top-notch in every possible way, from the ingredients and the presentation to the doneness and taste; not a single complaint!!! The highlights: the prawns “Robuchon style”, so delicious one could have them as main course without doubt; and the rock lobster linguine, which is the very definition of al dente, and as a plus, is beautifully presented for serving.

The letdowns were the cocktails and the dessert. On the one hand, the cocktails, although tasty and refreshing, were far from creative in neither ingredients nor presentation. The Sardana tasted like a cucumber lemonade on steroids, and the Corri Corri seemed and tasted like plain, melted sherbet. On the other hand, the crepes suzette was mediocre to say the least. The menu bragged about the crepes being flambéed at the table, but turned out our table was right below a fire detector and thus the flambéing couldn’t be properly carried out, resulting in some of the most mediocre crepes suzette I...

Dani at the Four Seasons Madrid is an absolute must when visiting the city. We had the buffet breakfast here every morning, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The selection is incredible—everything from flaky, buttery pastries (the croissants are a MUST) to traditional Spanish tapas, perfectly sliced Jamón Ibérico, smoked salmon, fresh yogurt and granola, and a vibrant assortment of seasonal fruits. Whether you’re in the mood for something light and refreshing or a heartier start to the day, they have it all, and everything is prepared with the finest ingredients.

Dinner was just as exceptional. One standout dish was the Guacamole Tableside, a fresh and flavorful blend of Málaga avocado, semi-dried tomato, edamame, sunflower seeds, and crunchy tempura—a creative twist on a classic, prepared right at your table. Another must-try is the 2020 Rossini Burger, featuring matured Simmental loin, foie gras, and parmesan cheese. The combination of the rich, perfectly cooked beef with the decadence of foie gras and umami-packed parmesan is simply unforgettable.

Beyond the food, the setting is breathtaking. With stunning, vast rooftop views of Madrid, this indoor and outdoor restaurant provides an unbeatable atmosphere. Whether you’re starting your day with breakfast or enjoying an evening meal, the panoramic skyline makes for an unforgettable dining experience.

If you’re in Madrid, don’t miss the chance to dine at Dani—it’s a true culinary gem in the heart...

Really hate to give this place only three stars, we were so excited to go here but quickly disappointed by slow unattentive and rushed service. Yes the view is spectacular, but there are so much better options. We had far better food from Streetside cafes and servers who acted like they were happy to see us. Again, for the far higher prices we expected much more... When we made our reservations for dinner we indicated it was our 15th but again anniversary and our son's first trip to Spain. Not one word was mentioned for our special day nor was recognized by the server until the very end when the server walked up put a dessert appetizer on the table recognizing it. Felt so generic and insincere. I know, I know they do this all the time but when you put forth a good effort the tip meter goes up significantly) think this was put put in place Hostess Marina, she was exceptionally kind and a world class hospitality pro. I also dropped my cloth napkin on the floor the server that wasn't even ours hurried over picked it up and replaced it with a fresh one. That is the kind of service that makes a five star restaurant a continued success. The unknown gentleman (Possibly Christian)? Marina and Christian thank you both! Not a terrible experience but was simply expecting more.
