Spaces Rio — Local services in Madrid

Be warned, this is a terrible company, with absolutely horrendous business practices. I contacted Spaces in Madrid because I needed a business address for a short term address rental in Madrid. The customer service rep assured me that I could do this and that I could cancel at any time, because I would have month to month terms. After the couple of months, I tried to cancel, but the billing department is demanding that I continue paying for a full year. It was either an intentional bait and switch or an employee mistake. Either way, I shouldn't have to pay for this.

I have spoken with the customer service representative that initially assisted me and she confirms that I was to have month to month short term conditions. She says that she is working on getting it fixed, but it's been over a month without any resolution. The billing department is relentless. The mistake was made internally by their employee when she processed the paperwork but the billing department won't let up. They are harassing me and they continue to escalate the situation.

Parece perfecto para trabajar, pero hay opciones muchísimo mejores. Recomiendo mirar otras posibilidades que puede parecer que ofrecen menos pero terminan siendo lo mismo.

Dan opciones variadas; alquiler de oficinas de varios tamaños con mobiliario, wifi, línea de teléfono y climatización personalizada incluidas, alquiler de mesa fija o alquiler de espacio en días y horas laborables sin mesa fija.

Los precios son demasiado altos.

Hay salas de reuniones con las últimas tecnologías incorporadas pagando extra (precio según tiempo de uso).

Dan opción a organizar eventos a los integrantes de la comunidad y organizan otros propios orientados a esta, por supuesto, también pagando extra.
