Leonidas — Local services in Palma

Loved the chocolate and the variety of candy including the maron glacier. And loved the young lady who her shift was on 22nd May 2025 @19:49 as she was full of smile, kindness, and superbly polite.

Now my major rating of taking out 2 stars was the old female who was in shift on sat 24th May 2025 @17:51 , she was extremely RUDE as she was rolling her eyes when we first came in the shop cause we intrupped her time of surfing on her phone! When I asked about the small size box as I didn't know the smallest was called "mini size" she was arguing in a raised up tune as if she was punishing me for picking the wrong size! The only thing she had to do was to take the "empty" small box back and bring the mini box up cause she didnt even start putting the chocolates! But rolling her eyes again was crucial as it became on continuous bases!

She was so rude in away that if it wasn't for my friend asking me to bring chocolate from Leonidas, I would have left right away without any hesitation!

I never experienced such an attitude from Leonidas London! And since Leonidas is such a prestigious confectioner that's no less than Pierre Herme, Pierre Marcolini, Godiva, & Nehaus, I just wonder how such an unprofessional attitude is allowed in such high-end chocolatier! I personally never faced such unprofessionaity rudness like this before!

My first experience in Leonidas Palma was amazing, but unfortunately the 2nd visit was a disaster! It's the one in carrer Unio, 8, distrito centro.
